At Personal Touch Courier Inc., we are seeking a skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and accounting, with a focus on maintaining accurate financial records and preparing financial statements. The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and maintaining general ledgers and financial statements. Additionally, the Bookkeeping Specialist will be responsible for reconciling accounts, preparing trial balance of books, and preparing other statistical, financial and accounting reports. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The position is permanent and requires 40 hours of work per week.
