Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on guest feedback, service quality, and operational performance
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed
  • Requisition materials and supplies to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Perform preventive maintenance to prevent equipment failures and downtime
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and manage a large workload
  • Overtime required, ability to work under pressure, and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Standing for extended periods, ability to work in a team environment, and maintain a positive attitude
  • Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, interpersonal awareness, judgement, organized, and a team player
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
