Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundsman/Woman to join our team at Allec Tree Works. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining landscape maintenance equipment, performing tree removal tasks, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our work sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain a variety of landscape maintenance equipment, including chain saws and other machinery.
  • Perform tree removal tasks, including pruning and cutting.
  • Ensure the overall upkeep of our work sites, including cleaning and maintaining equipment and tools.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working under pressure.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, with regular exposure to wet/damp, noisy, and hot conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependability, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
