About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Groundsman/Woman to join our team at Allec Tree Works. As a Grounds Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and outdoor spaces of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance

Operate and maintain a variety of landscape maintenance equipment, including chain saws and other machinery.

Tree Removal and Pruning

Remove and prune trees and other vegetation to maintain a safe and visually appealing environment.

Grounds Maintenance

Maintain the grounds and outdoor spaces of our clients, including mowing, trimming, and edging.

Transportation and Logistics

Transport equipment and supplies to and from job sites, and ensure that all necessary safety equipment is on hand.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but 1-2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.

Work Environment

Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including wet, damp, and hot environments.

Physical Demands

Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working in physically demanding conditions.

Personal Qualities

Be dependable, efficient, and reliable, with strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
