Position Overview

Pye's Landing Limited is seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Worker to ensure the upkeep and aesthetic appeal of our outdoor spaces. This role involves various tasks that contribute to the overall maintenance of landscapes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Weeding, Pruning, and Trimming: Maintain the health and appearance of trees and plants.
  • Lawn Care: Regularly cut grass and manage lawn health.
  • Refuse Collection: Rake and gather refuse to keep the area clean.
  • Litter Management: Remove litter and garbage to maintain a tidy environment.
  • Soil Management: Cart and spread topsoil and other materials as needed.
  • Sod and Seed Installation: Lay sod or seed to promote healthy growth.
  • Planting: Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the landscape.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Repair and maintain tools and equipment used in landscape maintenance.
