About the Role

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining a high level of customer service, and ensuring a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Support the visual merchandising and store operations
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and create an engaging shopping experience

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Inclusion & Diversity awareness and ability to work with diverse teams
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
