Program Overview

The Abercrombie & Fitch Manager in Training program is a comprehensive, 90-day development program designed to equip aspiring leaders with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in a management role. This blended-learning program combines in-store training with theoretical foundations, focusing on key areas such as store operations, visual merchandising, and team management.

Career Progression

Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be eligible for the Assistant Manager role, marking the first step towards leadership opportunities within the company. Abercrombie & Fitch strongly advocates for growth from within, with many senior leaders having progressed through the Manager in Training program.
