This role oversees key initiatives with retail accounts, develops impactful strategies, and coordinates national and regional events. Key responsibilities include:

  • Retail Account Oversight: Manage components of our retail account strategy, effective marketing allowance program management, and coordination of firm and principal communication.
  • Leadership in Sales Support and Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive key initiatives, coordinate national and regional events, and deliver training on Manulife's products and solutions.
  • Account Management: Dedicated account leadership for selected firms, effective onboarding of new firms, and proactive identification of opportunities to support RVPs, distributors, and their advisors.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 8-10 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a deep knowledge of individual insurance products and sales strategies. Fully bilingual (French/English) and valid driver's license required. Working towards or have obtained CFP, CLU, CHFC, CHS designations is preferred.
