We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Quality Inn Bracebridge. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's maintenance and repair functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and maintain a clean environment
  • Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Supervise other workers and maintain inventory of supplies
  • Work with minimal supervision and handle heavy loads
  • Perform safety and security checks and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts
Work Environment:

Our hotel is a busy and dynamic environment, and as a Building Maintenance Worker, you will be expected to work in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision. You will be required to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
