Job Title: Building Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Quality Inn Bracebridge. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel and resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and maintain a clean environment.
  • Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Supervise other workers and maintain inventory of supplies.
  • Work with minimal supervision and handle heavy loads.
  • Perform safety and security checks, and maintain a physically demanding work environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility and initiative to adapt to changing situations.
  • Dependability and reliability to maintain a high level of service.
