The Job

We are currently seeking an Assistant Store Leader/Manager to join our Burnaby store team, who will be responsible for managing a team of up to 15 staff members to meet and exceed store sales goals.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will provide excellent customer service by enforcing policies and procedures set out by the company, and assist in merchandising and maintenance of the store.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of up to 15 staff members to meet and exceed store sales goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service by enforcing policies and procedures set out by the company.
  • Authorize merchandise exchanges and refunds.
  • Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the store.
  • Maintain appropriate inventory levels.
  • Take special order measurements.
  • Ensure daily opening and closing checklist tasks are completed.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail experience in a management position.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Must have moderate to advanced computer skills, including point-of-sale devices and systems.
