Job Summary

Amore Pasta 101 seeks a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.


Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the culinary industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Organized and reliable with excellent team player skills

Working Conditions

Work environment is a restaurant setting with varied hours and a fast-paced environment.
