Floor Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Decathlon Canada Inc. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and supervisors.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stock replenishment, and implement effective inventory control measures.
- Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, manage store appearance, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Performance Management: Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills.
