We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Floor Manager to join our team at Decathlon Canada Inc.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer complaints, resolve supply chain issues, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring they meet performance expectations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain adequate stock levels, manage inventory, and implement stockroom organization systems.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient store operations and maintain a positive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
