Floor Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Decathlon Canada Inc. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and supervisors to meet the needs of our customers.
- Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve customer complaints, supply chain issues, and other operational challenges that may arise.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates and other team members to ensure seamless store operations.
- Inventory Management: Maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
- Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient store operations and compliance with company standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
