Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Fox Harb'r Resort. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the operations of our restaurant, bar, and cafeteria.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
- Recruit and train staff to meet the needs of our guests
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve service quality
- Control inventory and manage revenue to maximize profitability
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management
- Minimum of one year's experience in a food and beverage supervisory role
- Responsible beverage service certification
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
