As a Lease Portfolio Manager, you'll play a vital role in achieving this goal by analyzing our current lease portfolio, identifying opportunities for renewal, and presenting lease renewal options to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the current lease portfolio to identify opportunities for renewing clients into new lease contracts.
  • Contact clients prior to lease-end to schedule vehicle inspections and review lease renewal options.
  • Work with Product Advisors to address client questions, concerns, and special requests.
  • Present lease renewal options and assist in the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Financial Service Office managers to ensure seamless lease renewal deliveries.
  • Stay up-to-date on current vehicle features and maintain a high standard of product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail and high-quality control standards.
  • Strong computer knowledge and skills.
  • Quick learner and team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous sales experience and ability to speak multiple languages (an asset).
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and communicational skills.
  • A valid Ontario Driver's License with a good driving record.
