As a Lease Portfolio Manager, you'll play a vital role in achieving this goal by analyzing our current lease portfolio, identifying opportunities for renewal, and presenting lease renewal options to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze the current lease portfolio to identify opportunities for renewing clients into new lease contracts.
  • Contact clients prior to lease-end to schedule vehicle inspections and discuss lease renewal options.
  • Work with Product Advisors to review client questions, concerns, and special requests related to lease renewals.
  • Present lease renewal options to clients and work with Sales Managers during the vehicle appraisal process.
  • Assist in the overall sales process, including presenting features and benefits of new vehicle models.
  • Collaborate with Financial Service Office managers to schedule successful lease renewal vehicle deliveries.
  • Stay up-to-date on current vehicle features and maintain a high standard of product knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality control standards.
  • Excellent computer knowledge and skills.
  • Quick learner and team player with strong communication skills.
  • Previous sales experience and ability to speak other languages is considered an asset.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, and communicational skills.
  • A valid Ontario Driver's License with a good driving record.
