Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to join our Implementation Services team. As an Integration Specialist, you will collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements, create efficient workflows, and ensure data accuracy and system reliability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and create efficient workflows
  • Ensure data accuracy and system reliability
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Stay updated with the latest Workato features and industry trends
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience working with one or more of the following technologies: Single Sign-On/Web Authentication, Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI), XML, HTML/HTML5/CSS, SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to finding solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak to a variety of different audiences
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
