About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to join our Implementation Services team at D2L. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in collaborating with customers to understand their business requirements and create efficient workflows.

Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring data accuracy and system reliability, as well as monitoring and troubleshooting integration processes. You will also provide training and support to end-users and stay up-to-date with the latest Workato features and industry trends to continuously enhance integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements and create efficient workflows
  • Ensure data accuracy and system reliability
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes
  • Provide training and support to end-users
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Workato features and industry trends
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience working with one or more of the following technologies: Single Sign-On/Web Authentication, Business Intelligence tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI), XML, HTML/HTML5/CSS, SQL
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to finding solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak to a variety of different audiences
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
What We Offer
  • Annualized base salary range: $96,000—$110,000 CAD
