About the Role

D2L is a cloud-based education company that is revolutionizing the way we learn. As a cloud company, we are at the forefront of the largest transformation in the history of education, and we are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business requirements and create efficient workflows.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and stay updated with the latest Workato features and industry trends.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for integrations within Implementation Services, serving as the voice of both the customer and implementation services.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to speak to a variety of different audiences.
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and emerging technologies, including database knowledge and experience with Single Sign-On/Web Authentication, Business Intelligence tools, XML, HTML/HTML5/CSS, SQL, and more.
