Pension Administration Position

At CA007 Mercer (Canada) Limited, we're seeking a highly skilled Pension Administration Specialist to join our team. This role is focused on providing exceptional administration services to our clients, ensuring timely and accurate pension plan management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with our Client Services team to deliver high-quality administration services to clients.
  • Manage and analyze pension plan documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain system, calculator, and database tools to support pension administration.
  • Provide expert guidance and training to client teams and serve as a subject matter expert.
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of relevant pension-related legislation and regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience working with defined benefit pension plans and related provincial legislation.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, thoroughness, attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to work in teams, self-reliance, and resourcefulness.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (actuarial sciences, mathematics, administration, or finance) or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual (French and English).
