Job Details: We're seeking a compassionate Family Physician to join our team at Mercy Medical Clinic Inc in Clinics in Metro Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Clinic Details: Our clinics are well-designed with a layout for easy workflow and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and technology. Convenient free parking and proximity to stores, restaurants, and hospitals make our clinics an attractive option.

Technology: We utilize Telus Med Access EMR, with built-in customized templates that enable our team to work effectively and efficiently. Online booking, billing, accounting, and inventory/purchase processes are handled using small applications that create a paperless office.

Compensation Details: The Longitudinal Payment Model offers an attractive, blended compensation structure. You'll be rewarded for your hours worked, patient interactions, and receive an annual panel payment per patient. With this innovative model, a full-time physician can earn between $450,000 and $550,000, based on an 80/20 split arrangement. Additional perks include private fee incentives, relocation assistance, a signing bonus, and extended health benefits—all available to incoming physicians.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate training in medicine from Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or USA.
  • Eligible for certification by the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC).
  • Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC).
  • Membership from Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA).
