About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Canada.

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Crew Members and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift.

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and sanitary environment for our guests, team members, and yourself.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Inspiring a team and creating a culture that delivers an exceptional customer experience
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality
  • Managing and leading a team of Crew Members
  • Participating in local events and community initiatives
