At S&F QURESHI CONSULTING Incorporated, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our team.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to utilize their expertise in managing office operations and leading a small team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, resolving work-related problems, and coordinating activities with other departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of equipment
  • Resolve work-related problems
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar position, preferably in an administrative or management capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher, and Visio
