Administrative Operations Manager

At S&F QURESHI CONSULTING Incorporated, we are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our team.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to utilize their expertise in managing office operations and leading a small team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment, resolving work-related problems, and coordinating activities with other departments.
Key Responsibilities- Train workers in duties and policies
- Prepare and submit reports
- Ensure smooth operation of equipment
- Resolve work-related problems
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in an administrative or management capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher, and Visio
We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
