High-Net-Worth Client Services Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Bilingual Associate Investment Counsellor. As an integral member of Manulife Private Wealth, you will work closely with experienced Investment Counsellors to provide exceptional client service and support in maintaining and growing existing relationships.
Salary Information
The annual base salary for this role is $102,030 CAD in Montreal, Quebec. In addition to the competitive salary, eligible employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn bonus compensation tied to business and individual performance.
Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Associate Investment Counsellor, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Providing exceptional client service and support in maintaining and growing existing relationships
• Working closely with experienced Investment Counsellors to construct customized investment strategies for high-net-worth clients
• Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, such as account opening documentation and client onboarding processes
• Coordinating meetings with existing or prospective clients and preparing presentation materials in a timely manner
• Constructing custom reporting and portfolio strategies for quarterly reviews or as required
• Delivering client advice and recommending portfolio strategies under the supervision of the Investment Counsellor
• Responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Staying up-to-date with Manulife's investment approach and strategy to ensure alignment with client service excellence
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
• A university degree, preferably in Business or Economics
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the investment industry
• A minimum of 3 years of portfolio management experience, preferably with high-net-worth clients
• Superior client relationship management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and French
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts to clients
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new IT tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills
• Team spirit and ability to thrive in a collaborative work environment
