Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Worker to join our team at Compass Canada. As a Food Service Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, presenting, and serving meals to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to high standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
  • Service Delivery: Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, following outlined steps of service.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety requirements.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving any concerns or issues in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Certifications: FoodSafe Level 1 Certification.
  • Experience: Previous food service experience in healthcare, hotel, restaurant, or fast food is considered an asset.
  • Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to work independently and in a team setting, good command of the English language, both verbal and written.
