About the Role

FRESHII is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and package take-out food to meet customer expectations
    • Portion and wrap foods to maintain quality and presentation
    • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to order
  • Customer Service
    • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables with a smile
    • Take customers' orders accurately and efficiently
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain inventory levels
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment
  • Language
    • Fluency in English
  • Work Schedule
    • 35 hours per week
