About the Role

Freshii is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, package take-out food, and serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
  • Inventory Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Customer Service: Take customers' orders, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
