Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Document Genie Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures: Establish and maintain office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operation.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Technology: Maintain and update computerized information filing systems and provide technical support as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 hours per week.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
