B.C. Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, opening and distributing mail, and training staff. Additionally, they will record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and determine and establish office procedures and routines. The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Open and distribute mail
  • Train staff
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
