The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in administrative activities, with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including budgeting and inventory control
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, and supplies
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Organized and reliable individual with excellent communication skills
Work Environment
