Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that staff are meeting our high standards.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to prevent quality issues.
- Prepare Budget and Reports: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Address Customer Complaints: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and use this data to inform business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
