Food Service Supervisor

R.K.T. Barkat Foods Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure seamless food service delivery, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
Supervise and Train StaffSupervise and train a team of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and hosts/hostesses, to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and prepare high-quality food products.
Manage Food Safety and QualityEnsure that all food safety and quality standards are met, including proper food handling, storage, and preparation procedures, to prevent contamination and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor and Control InventoryConduct regular inventory checks to ensure that all food and supplies are properly stocked and managed, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.
Prepare and Submit ReportsPrepare and submit regular reports to management on food service operations, including sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance.
Requirements- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
- 7 Months to Less Than 1 Year of Experience in Food Service Supervision
- Excellent Communication and Leadership Skills
- Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
- Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
- Permanent Full-Time Position
- 30 to 40 Hours per Week
- English Language Required
