Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise between studio floor and production control room to ensure seamless execution of live broadcasts.
  • Prepare and ready on-camera personnel for productions, ensuring they are well-informed and equipped to deliver high-quality performances.
  • Assist on-air talent as required while in studio or on-location, providing support and guidance to ensure a smooth broadcast.
  • Coordinate studio activities as required by the control room director in a live or tape studio situation, ensuring all elements come together to create an engaging and professional broadcast.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the production team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five (5) years experience in a television production and post-production environment, with a strong understanding of broadcasting principles and practices.
  • Demonstrate initiative and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams and projects.
  • Ability to establish and maintain a positive team environment, fostering collaboration and open communication among team members.
  • Degree or diploma in Broadcasting, with a strong foundation in television production and post-production techniques.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the aesthetics and program flow, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality broadcasts.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
