About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate to join our Wealth Management team at National Bank. As an Associate, you will play a key role in supporting our wealth advisors in delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Communication: Ensure effective communication with clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders to provide seamless service and support.
  • Account Analysis: Analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to support wealth advisors in their business development.
  • Transaction Management: Process transactions related to investment accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Client Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, including opening and updating client files.
  • Agenda Management: Schedule appointments and prepare for client meetings to ensure a smooth and productive experience.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and risk management policies to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
