Job Description

The HR Technology Support Specialist will be responsible for the production support of a suite of HR applications. This includes collaborating with 3rd party vendors, business partners, and end users to resolve issues, providing consulting services on new initiatives, participating in detailed design phases for projects, managing day-to-day operations with vendors, and enhancing skills and knowledge in all aspects of the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with Blue Prism, Linux, AIX, Windows Server operating systems, GitHub, Jenkins, SAN/NAS/DFS storage technologies, network routers, firewalls, load balancing, DB2, SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Snowflake databases, WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat, security administration, SSL, cryptographic technologies, identity federation, SSO, Azure authentication systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
