Job Title: Travel Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at INDO CANADA TRAVEL AGENCY LTD.

Job Summary:

The Travel Clerk Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of travel clerks, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring the smooth operation of our travel agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train travel clerks in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Coordinate and assign work to team members, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange repair work as needed
  • Requisition materials and supplies, and manage inventory
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, as needed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a travel agency or related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
