Mpcssn is a non-profit organization that operates numerous community and family-focused programs in the Northwest region of Alberta.
We offer services in partnership with Alberta Health Services and Alberta Human Services, and are accredited by CARF International and a member of the ALIGN Association of Community Services as well as the Children's Welfare League of Canada.
Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring consistency in quality best practice throughout the agency.
This includes answering phones, greeting visitors, data entry, personnel file maintenance, and other administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of office administration duties and demonstrated experience in office management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess office needs to ensure smooth operations
- Oversight of day-to-day operations and implementation of best practices
- Phone and visitor reception, data entry, and personnel file maintenance
- Support the Agency needs by being the first point of contact for all visitors
Requirements:
- A minimum of two-year prior experience in an administrative role
- Hold a two-year diploma in a related field
- Valid Alberta Class 5 Driver's License
- Driver's Abstract
- Clear Criminal Records Check
- Clear Children's Service Intervention Record Check
- Vehicle Insurance stating $2 million liability and access to a vehicle
Salary Information:
The annual salary for this position is estimated at $42,000, based on industry standards and the location.
