Sales Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Planning Manager to join our team at Canra Global Corporation.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and communicate effective marketing strategies to the sales team.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for new product lines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Establish and maintain organizational policies and procedures related to sales, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Lead the sales team in building strong relationships with business clients, negotiating sales contracts, and driving revenue growth.
- Oversee regional and divisional sales operations, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
- Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments across various industries, including commercial, industrial, wholesale, and retail.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales professionals, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient inventory management practices.
- 3-4 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Ability to work 32-40 hours per week.
