Develop and implement human resources policies and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.
Training and DevelopmentManage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Employee Data AnalysisAnalyze employee data and information to inform HR decisions.
Reporting and CommunicationPrepare and present reports to stakeholders on HR-related matters.
Employee SupportRespond to employee questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Staff ManagementHire, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective HR service delivery.
Collective BargainingNegotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.
Payroll AdministrationOversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
Performance ManagementConduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
Project CoordinationAssign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements- Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
LanguageEnglish language proficiency.
Work Hours32 hours per week.
