Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development and Implementation

Develop and implement human resources policies and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.

Training and Development

Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Employee Data Analysis

Analyze employee data and information to inform HR decisions.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on HR-related matters.

Employee Support

Respond to employee questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Staff Management

Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure effective HR service delivery.

Collective Bargaining

Negotiate collective agreements on behalf of employers or workers.

Payroll Administration

Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.

Performance Management

Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.

Project Coordination

Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field.

Language

English language proficiency.

Work Hours

32 hours per week.
