You will balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
Additionally, you will conduct performance reviews to evaluate the team's progress and provide constructive feedback for growth. Your expertise in cost control will be essential in managing food and other supplies, while enforcing provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations is crucial for maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
You will also organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that our menu offerings are consistently high-quality and available to customers. Furthermore, you will ensure health and safety regulations are followed to protect our employees and patrons.
In this key leadership role, you will negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, as well as negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities. Your exceptional customer service skills will be instrumental in addressing customers' complaints or concerns, providing a positive experience for all visitors to our restaurant.
