We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Western Coast Insurance Services. As an Insurance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in meeting sales targets through quotes and by referring new business.
About the Role:
- Meet sales targets through quotes and referrals of new business
- Build lasting relationships with customers, helping them protect what matters most
- Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and by email
- Assist customers with the purchase of their home and auto policy
- Manage and build customer relationships, meeting insurance sales targets
- Fulfill follow-up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Conduct sales calls for new business and make timely renewal calls for existing customer business
About You:
- No experience required; we provide applicable training for the right candidate
- RIBO/General Level 1 Insurance License is an asset
- Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate professionally in-person, over the phone, and through email
- Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar or comparable role
- Working experience in EPIC is an asset
