We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at DC Ventures Inc. as a key member of our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet quality control standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen operations.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent oral communication and client focus skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
