We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at DC Ventures Inc. as a key member of our kitchen operations. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Excellent oral communication and client focus skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
