We are a leading consulting firm specializing in financial services, seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

The Financial Services Manager will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and controlling budget and expenditures, and hiring, training, directing, and motivating staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial banking, consumer banking, investment funds, financial asset management, or wealth management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Network to develop business relations, promote the sale of loan, investment, and other banking services, and attract corporate and individual customers.
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support to ensure they have the resources and training needed to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in financial services, preferably in commercial banking, consumer banking, investment funds, financial asset management, or wealth management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
