About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Manager to join our team at Rite Alliance Management Inc. This is a permanent position that requires a strong background in financial services, with a focus on commercial banking, consumer banking, investment funds, and financial asset management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to achieve business objectives
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet customer needs
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve high performance
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Network to develop business relations, promote the sale of loan, investment, and other banking services, and attract corporate and individual customers
Supervision and Teamwork

The successful candidate will supervise a team of 3-4 people and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in financial services
  • Strong knowledge of commercial banking, consumer banking, investment funds, and financial asset management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
