Plastic Surgeon

We are seeking a highly skilled Plastic Surgeon to join our team at Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our Department of Surgery, you will provide collaborative plastic surgical care to our patients and contribute to the development of our surgical services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality plastic surgical care to patients, including hand, breast, and soft tissue surgery, as well as peripheral nerve surgery.
- Participate in medical student and resident teaching, sharing your expertise and knowledge with the next generation of surgeons.
- Contribute to the development of our surgical services, including strategic planning and program development.
- Participate in ongoing quality improvement and safety activities related to surgical care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide optimal, ethical, and patient-centered medical care.
- Fellowship in Plastic Surgery recognized by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC).
- College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO) unrestricted license.
- Ability to work effectively as a consultant, integrating all of the CanMEDS roles.
