Job Opportunity

A leading medical device company, Plasmatology Group, is seeking a seasoned sales representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling capital equipment to plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and aesthetic medical practices in the Greater Toronto Area.

The company requires someone with a strong understanding of the sales cycle specific to the medical aesthetic industry, as well as a deep knowledge of the key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the region. The successful candidate will report directly to the VP of Sales & Operations and will be responsible for hunting new business and leveraging customer relationships to drive sales growth.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 3+ years of sales experience in the aesthetic field, with a proven track record of success in selling capital equipment
  • Familiarity with high-functionality CRM systems for sales tracking, pipeline optimization, and customer management
  • High level of comfort with transparency and regular discussions with management for reviewing sales pipeline and market opportunities
Compensation

The medical aesthetic industry is one of the highest paying industries in North America. Compensation will include a base salary and an extremely high commission at plan. Additional bonuses and commissions will be provided when targets are exceeded.

Summary

This opportunity is for capital equipment sales directly into businesses and/or medical clinics. Pharmaceutical, CPG, and retail sales professionals need not apply. Preference will be given to those applicants who have sold capital equipment in excess of $50,000 per unit.

Only those applicants who meet the above criteria and complete the psychometric profiling in the Workwolf system will be considered.
