Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway Sandwich & Salad. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and ensure that our inventory is managed effectively to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and take corrective action when necessary to maintain our high standards.
  • Prepare Budget and Reports: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and take steps to resolve issues promptly.
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor at Subway Sandwich & Salad, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high expectations. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and work in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Language: English.
